At Brooch Pins™, each item is carefully selected and inspected to ensure quality. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that are significantly different from their description

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to process after approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time.
